180g Audiophile Vinyl Pressed at QRP!
Celebrating four decades of decibels, KISS, Mercury Records and UMe proudly announce reissuing the legendary KISS albums on 180g audiophile vinyl. Remastered to high definition 192kHz/24-bit audio for maximum fidelity, these albums have never sounded so amazing and now vinyl collectors will get what theyve been demanding. All posters, sleeve art, stickers, etc that appeared in the original LP release where applicable have been faithfully reproduced for the KISS Army. On April 10, KISS was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.
Kiss' Music From "The Elder" album features an epic concept and orchestral elements. The 1981 release would be Ace Frehley's last performance with the group until their reunion tour in 1996. The plot of "The Elder" sees a young boy being recruited and trained by the Council of Elders who belong to the Order of the Rose - a group dedicated to combating evil. An elderly caretaker named Morpheus guides The Boy.
