The K137 standard size guitar is available in various assorted colors and has been upgraded to include today's modern guitar features including: Covered chrome plated tuning machines (3 on each side) are individually capped worm and geared post for the internal gears. The tuning machines have a 12 to 1 gear ratio (turn the machine head button 12 times for the post make one complete revolution) which allows non slip accurate tuning that holds the tension of the strings to keep them in tune. German nickel/silver medium frets on the celluloid bound select quality mahogany fingerboard adds durability and easy playability. The slim steel reinforced mahogany neck includes inlaid pearloid markers to aid in proper fingering positioning. Selected book matched spruce top is laminated and is sealed with a high gloss polyurethane finish-so it doesn't check, crack or yellow. Complete with a celluloid bound body that has scalloped braced top with deluxe bracing for lasting construction, clear sharp sound and performance. A perfect smaller body student sized instrument. Equipped with a synthetic bone top nut and compensated synthetic bone saddle. Comes with Black and White bridge pins, and a hand carved Mahogany bridge.
