It provides power and data from a single port using Power over Ethernet (Po E) technology, and can be used for any 10/100 Mbps link and standard IEEE 802. 3af power supply products. The Po E switch comes with advanced auto-sensing algorithms that automatically detect and give power to 802. 3af end devices. Additionally, it also determines PoE requirements, speed and transmission type, making it an easy and reliable networking device that works just out-of-the-box.

It comes with 4 PoE ports plus 5 normal Ethernet ports that can be used to connect with your router or NVR. The device is plug-and-play, which means it does not require any external configuration or setup. It can be installed conveniently in your home security. This PoE switch is ideal for powering PoE IP cameras. Together with Foscam PoE IP Cameras, you can build a total as PoE video surveillance system.
