HDM Splitter FAQ
Question1:The Splitter doesn't appear to be functioning.What can I do?
Firstly, Please check if the LED lights and the power supply are in good condition.
Secondly,make sure all cables are in good condition and well connected.
Thirdly,make sure the length of the cables is within the maximum supported length of this splitter. If the cable over 15M will result NO SIGNAL and unclear picture.And you need an ultra HDM extension cord. Restart the HDM Splitter to check whether the green light is open.
Lastly,please try to connect the input source to the display directly to see if it display normally.
Question2:The display can't show 4K/ appear splash screen/Purple screen/speckled screen/noise, how to fix it?
Please connect 5V 1A power supply;
You may not use the standard 19+1 HDM 2.0 Cable, please change other cable.
Question3:The Picture stopped, What can I do?
After 5-8 hours continuous working, the display will appear Picture Pause. Just restart the device and it will recovery, it is normal
Question4:Do I need to purchase additional power?
In most cases, no additional power is needed, but when you find that the screen image is unstable and interference lines and other displays are abnormal, you need to connect a 5V power adapter through the micro USB cable, which can usually be connected to a computer or TV. If it is not convenient to connect to these ports, you can connect to the 5V charger with USB interface.
