Index™ Chopping Board Set with knives. Set of colour-coded chopping boards with co-ordinating knives. Since its launch in 2008, Index™ has been a worldwide bestseller, helping people reduce cross-contamination of their food with a simple-yet-effective colour-coded system of boards. Index™ with knives is the most comprehensive set in the range, comprising four colour-coded, non-slip chopping boards plus four co-ordinating knives. In this latest update each chopping board has an index-style illustrated tab, indicating which food type it should be used for, along with specialised cutting features to help with food preparation. There’s a juice-catching groove on the red meat board; a sloping rim for catching food and liquids on the green vegetable board; an integrated fish-grip on the blue fish board and crumb-catching grooves on the white cooked food board. Each knife has a tough, stainless-steel blade designed to suit its specific task, an ergonomic handle and is colour-coded to match its corresponding board. As with other Index™ styles, the boards have a knife-friendly cutting surfaces and the case has a non-slip base.
