Limited Edition Betty Crocker Pumpkin Bar Mix lets you make an incredible tasting pumpkin dessert bar. Try with Betty Crocker Cream Cheese Frosting and celebrate autumn! You will need: 1 stick (1/2 cup) butter, margarine or spread, melted, 1 egg. 1. Heat oven to 350°F for shiny metal or glass pan (or 325°F for dark or nonstick pan). 2. Stir bar mix, melted butter and egg in a medium bowl until well blended (dough will be stiff). Press dough evenly into pan. 3. Bake as directed below or until edges are light golden brown. Cool completely; store tightly covered. Pan size: 8"x 8" pan - bake 26-29 minutes, 9"x9" pan - bake 23-26 minutes, 11"x7" pan - bake 25-28 minutes. Frosting not included. Do not eat raw bar batter.
