Creative and innovative design enables a smaller footprint, so the Nimbus occupies less space but retains the highest level of performance. A single piece of extruded aluminum forms the base of the balance to offer rigid stability, while providing superior thermal transfer for a more regulated temperature. Fabricated from a single block, the weighing sensor in the Nimbus performs optimally and contains fewer parts than a traditional force motor balance. The more-efficient internal mechanism, plus enhanced processing power of the electronics, leads to more accurate results. Designed to be intuitive, the navigation buttons are large and color-coded, helping users operate the balance and perform functions with minimal training. Data collection and transmission is optimized with the Nimbus's USB and RS-232 interfaces, while an additional interface allows for an optional remote display.
