Ultra-compact and lightweight, the Laowa 10-18mm f/4.5-5.6 Lens is the widest zoom lens available with superior performance. Designed for Sony full frame E-mount cameras, the lens provides great flexibility with a wide angle of view from 102° to 130°, and can focus at a distance as close as 0.5 ft. The redesigned aperture system produces the best sunstar renderings possible, and the lens barrel features a 37mm rear filter thread and a front 100mm magnetic filter holder for ease of use.

Designed for Travel

Super compact and lightweight, the Laowa zoom lens is designed with travel photography in mind. The Laowa lens is the smallest in its class, measuring less than 9.1cm long, and weighing only 496g (1.1lb). Landscape and architecture photographers are provided with great flexibility with a 102° to 130° angle of view. Flawless close up performance is now effortless, with a lens that can focus as close at 15cm (0.5 feet) for mini-macro shooting.

10 Stroke Sunstars

Laowa has redesigned the aperture system, creating 5 straight aperture blades which results in well defined, 10 stroke sunstars for breathtaking photographs. You can already see sunstars at 10mm, open to the widest aperture of f/4.5. This takes nightscape photography to the next level.

Superior Performance

Despite its compact size, the 10-18mm zoom lens boast superior performance. Offering exceptionally high resolution across the frame at all apertures, the lens features a 37mm rear filter thread to use an ND filter with ease, and a front 100mm magnetic filter holder for easy installation and to reduce vignetting. The magnetic filter holder can fit 2 x 100mm filters without blocking light from any angle. The lens barrel features a switch, allowing you to toggle between click and clickless aperture, a feature that is extremely useful for videographers.

The patented optical design successfully minimizes the distortion and chromatic aberrations to its lowest but still can delivers a superb optical performance from corners to corners at the same time.
