On our spring steel antennas we now offer with the feature that will get rid of the highway whistles aftermarket antennas are prone too. This noise without our noise cancellation feature is referred to as a noise of a freight train. This is a unique feature and should not be one overlooked. 3)The supporting hardware of our antenna is made of 304 stainless steel. Brass is often used with a lot of aftermarket antennas. This is because brass is softer material and easier to cut and manufacture.
