The silt and gravel subsoils allow vines to flourish amidst this rugged terrain, with the vineyard sitting at 3,000 ft above sea level. Our grapes are harvested, destemmed and sorted all by hand. Our Malbec features big, brooding, black fruit, then rich earth, truffles and dark cocoa with a thread of minerality throughout. This wine is elegant in the mouth with fresh-picked blackberries, simmering chocolate sauce on the stove and terrific flavor depth.

The shallow, granite-laced soils of our Monterey vineyards lend mineral characteristics while the sandy soils of our Santa Barbara vineyards impart ripe, tropical flavors and great structure. Our minimal-intervention approach and gentle harvest and aging techniques result in a beautifully developed, balanced expression of the Chardonnay grape. Displaying aromas of preserved Meyer lemons, wet stones and a hint of lime blossoms, this wine has rich body and texture with layers of Kaffir lime, guava and pineapple. The lingering finish is clean and crisp, preparing your palate for more.

After aging in French Oak, we allowed the Cabernet Sauvignon to age in old charred oak barrels from some of America’s finest bourbon distilleries to impart additional layers of flavor and a bolder, more intense character to our Cabernet Sauvignon.
